Location:Porini Rhino Camp is located in Ol Pejeta Conservancy,a 90,000 acre wildlife conservancy situated between the foot hills of the Aberdares and the magnificent snowcapped Mount Kenya. The Conservancy boasts an astounding variety of animals including all the “Big Five” as well a sanctuary for rescued chimpanzees. Description: Porini Rhino Camp, hidden in a secluded valley and set amongst acacia trees on the banks of a seasonal river, offers you the perfect opportunity to get close to nature and away from the crowds. Rhino, elephant and many other animals frequent the salt-lick located at the Camp, making for excellent and exciting wildlife viewing. Accommodation & Facilities: This classic safari camp consists of only 6 guest tents and accommodating a maximum of 12 clients. The tents are spacious and comfortably furnished, with solar-powered electric lights, and en suite bathrooms with safari shower, washbasin and flush toilet. Each tent has a private veranda with views of the African wilderness. Hosted By: Clients are hosted by the camp manager, and guided by KPSGA qualified guides.
